This month we will be discussing the rise in book challenges and bannings in America, in honor of Banned Books Week which runs Oct. 1-7.

Each month discussion centers around a topic in the news.  Prior to the discussion you will be emailed a background narrative to read on the month's topic, along with three or four discussion questions.  Dr. George Cody, History & Political Science Academic, will lead the group discussion.

Email reflib@alexlibraryva.org to join our email list and get details on this month's topic.
