COMMUNITY RESOURCES

Now through March 31, the 2026 Library 5-Year Plan Community Survey is available to complete online, or a paper version can be completed at any of our branches. These anonymous surveys take just 3-5 minutes to complete and help us provide the services and resources our community wants.

Tax Assistance - Federal tax forms will be available for customers to pick up at most Library branches beginning in late January.  The Library does not offer tax preparation assistance. However, the City's Department of Community & Human Services offers free tax return preparation to eligible residents beginning in February.

Alexandria's Workforce Development Center provide services and resources for job seekers, including access to the Career Center, career readiness workshops, career assessments and customized hiring events.
