Exquisite Corpse Drawings
Friday, January 28
All day
Teens, drop in at Beatley Central Library during open hours from Jan. 11-31 and collaborate on an exquisite corpse drawing!
Exquisite corpse is a collaborative drawing game created by Surrealist artists in the 1920s. In the game, each person draws a different part of a person or creature without seeing the other parts of the drawing, resulting in a one-of-a-kind creation. Creativity is encouraged!
Teens are invited to stop by any time during the days below to contribute to each piece of the body. Finished works may be displayed in the library at a later date.
Jan. 11-18 - Draw a head!
Jan. 18-24 - Draw a torso and arms!
Jan. 25-31 - Draw legs and feet!
