Join us for an all-levels yoga class that invites you to connect with your body, build stability over time, and deepen your practice in a supportive, welcoming environment—no prior experience needed
Seven Petals Yoga is excited to offer a free, all-levels flow yoga class every Monday from 6:30–7:30 PM EST at the James M. Duncan Branch Library in Alexandria, led by Katherine (KatD). This class, ‘Stability in Motion,’ is a vinyasa flow practice that connects breath with movement to build strength, mobility, and balance. Through a combination of gentle, dynamic sequences and steady holds, you’ll be guided to move at your own pace while exploring effort and ease. There’s plenty of room to pause, adjust, and even wobble a little as you build confidence in different poses and balances. Stability isn’t the absence of movement; it’s steadiness within it.
