In this one-hour workshop, you'll learn: 

• Loan fundamentals
• Amortization basics
• Debt‑to‑Income (DTI)
• Loan‑to‑Value (LTV)
• Minimum credit card payments
• Systematic credit‑card payoff
• Impact of extra payments
• Tools & resources
