Discover the science of joy in this four-part, experiential workshop series designed to naturally boost your body’s “happy hormones”—dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins. Each session blends science-backed insights, group discussion, and hands-on practices that make it easy (and fun!) to feel better every day.
From the motivation of dopamine and the connection of oxytocin to the calm of serotonin and the joy of endorphins—you’ll learn simple, sustainable practices like savoring dark chocolate, mindful movement, music, laughter, and gratitude practice.
By the end of the series, you’ll walk away with a personal toolkit to elevate mood and enhance well-being—all rooted in neuroscience and designed to fit into real life.
