Massage therapist Michael Jones will be demonstrating Facial Acupressure and Hand Reflexology Relaxation Techniques As Self-Care.

Facial acupressure is a form of traditional Chinese medicine that involves applying pressure to specific points on the face to stimulate the flow of energy and promote well-being. It can help release tension in facial muscles, calm the nervous system, and potentially improve skin appearance and overall health. Hand reflexology is a massage technique that puts pressure on various reflex points around your hands. The belief is that these points correlate to different body parts and that massaging the points can help to relieve symptoms in other areas of the body.

During the workshop, Michael will be demonstrating various Facial Acupressure and Hand Reflexology Relaxation Techniques so that workshop participants can perform the relaxation techniques on themselves during the demonstration.  A handout illustrating the Facial Acupressure and Hand Reflexology Relaxation Techniques will be provided to the workshop participants so that you will remember the relaxation techniques and how to perform them on yourself.
