Parenting can be hard enough! Learn to work a bit smarter, not harder, in our monthly Parenting Professional Development Sessions hosted by Carin Andrews, founder of Engaged Training & Consulting.

Little ones are welcome to sit on your lap or the floor with you during the session and/or play with some of the sanitized toys that will be provided. We hope you can join us and invest some time in your professional & personal development, because parents are people too.

Mother Yourself – Baby Steps Towards Self-Care and Building Resiliency When Living in a State of Overwhelm

How much of your time and energy is devoted to ensuring the overall health, happiness, and well-being of your children? How much of that care do you extend to yourself? During this session, we will explore the critical importance of self-care for parents. We will discuss strategies for nurturing yourself, the benefits of incorporating play and relaxation into your routine, and building resilience over time. Discover how prioritizing your own well-being can positively impact your ability to care for your family.
