Parenting can be hard enough! Learn to work a bit smarter, not harder, in our monthly Parenting Professional Development Sessions hosted by Carin Andrews, founder of Engaged Training & Consulting.

Little ones are welcome to sit on your lap or the floor with you during the session and/or play with some of the sanitized toys that will be provided. We hope you can join us and invest some time in your professional & personal development, because parents are people too.

How to Give Feedback to Your In-Laws (and others)

Feedback is an often underutilized and misapplied skill, especially in the delicate dynamics of family relationships. In this session, you will gain valuable insights into the art of giving feedback to your in-laws, or anyone in your life for that matter. You will learn the best practices for timing and delivering feedback in a manner that maximizes its likelihood of being positively received and effectively acted upon. Walk away with actionable strategies to enhance your communication, foster mutual understanding, and strengthen your family relationships.
