Donate a new or gently used reusable shopping bag in good condition to local food banks! The bags will be used for food distribution across the City of Alexandria. Bags accepted until Oct. 28.

Bags will be accepted at the following locations: 

  • Beatley Central Library (5005 Duke Street) 
  • Barrett Branch Library (717 Queen Street) 
  • Duncan Branch Library (2501 Commonwealth Avenue
  • Volunteer Alexandria Office (2202 Mt. Vernon Avenue) 

Please do not bring paper or single-use plastic bags.
