Frank and Betty Wright Reading Garden

Join Jorge Banales as he gives instruction on the Yang Style 24 Movement Tai Chi form.

Tai Chi movements can be practiced by people of all ages and, as the form involves balanced walking, it results in a relaxed aerobic exercise for major muscle groups and the circulatory system.

The practice of Tai Chi also benefits the mind, and learning the form, with keen awareness of body movements and balance, leads to an increase in mental sharpness.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.  Class is held outside in the reading garden.
