Favorite Picture Books As Yoga

Join us on the lawn as we retell favorite picture books with simple yoga!

Join us for Story Time Yoga, where we retell favorite children's picture books using yoga movements. 
Miss Lisa is a certified Baby/Toddler Yoga instructor with Child Light Yoga and a certified instructor for Cosmic Kids Yoga.

We will be out on the lawn outside the Children's Room. Please bring a blanket, towel or yoga mat.

No yoga experience is required, but this program is best for children ages 2 and up

Programs may be cancelled  in the case of inclement weather. Changes to this event will be made by 6pm the day before and details will be posted on this page. Please check back or call the Barrett Branch at 703-746-1710 for updates.
