Indigenous Communities’ Modern Fight for Health and Heritage

Join professor, author and social anthropologist, Dr. Kristina Baines for a conversation on how indigenous communities in Belize, Guatemala and the US fight to promote culture, preserve traditional food practices and manage and maintain land rights in an ever-changing, ecological landscape.

Dr. Baines’ research and experience has applicability for indigenous communities across the globe and broad implications on health, nutrition and the environment.
