Meet (and pet!) some Paws to Read dogs and learn more about the Paws to Read program at the Beatley Central Library.
Paws to Read is a program at which young independent readers can practice their skills by reading to friendly trained dogs at the library. The dogs provide a calming presence and a nonjudgmental listening ear for kids who are hoping to gain more confidence in reading aloud.
At this special event, families can drop by the Beatley Central Library Reading Garden to meet some of our Paws to Read dogs and their handlers.
Parking: The library has a large parking lot with 175 spaces.
