Learn how to conduct statutes and legislative history research on Westlaw.

We will review how to retrieve statutes by citation, term searches, and tables of contents, and how to find legislative history in relation to statutory research. We will look at additional statutory tools such as historical statutes, the statutes index, and the popular name table.  Plus learn how to find links to other documents on Westlaw that cite to your statute such as cases, secondary sources, regulations, and administrative decisions. 

Attendees receive one (1) VSB general credit hour.
