Many people have started reading books on the subject of race in the United States. This club aims to unite individuals to discuss these works and the themes they contain. This club is for all people.
This month, at the first meeting, we will discuss some of the current best selling books on these topics: So you Want to Talk About Race by Ijeoma Oluo, How to be an Anti-Racist by Ibriam X Kendi, White Fragility by Robin DiAngelo and Between the World and Me by Ta-Nehisi Coates.
This is a perfect Sunday afternoon or after church activity for the whole family. Please bring an open heart and a curious mind.
