Members of the Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Washington will use slides and personal stories to describe what is unique about doing research on Jewish families.
Learn how to get started in building a family tree, and beginning research techniques, both online and in person. There will also be time for Q&A. JGSGW, with 320 members, is one of the largest organizations in the U.S. with a focus on educating and enabling individuals to research their Jewish roots.
