Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with this 2025 family comedy-drama film inspired by how dogs can transform human lives.

After a life-changing diagnosis, a promising chef finds hope and humor with the help of a fur-midable dog friend. Director Diego Freitas was inspired to create the film after rescuing an abandoned puppy during the COVID-19 pandemic, which sparked his desire to tell a story about how dogs can completely transform human lives. The film is rated PG-13 and in Portuguese with subtitles.
