Writing Your Business Plan

Carol Waties, Library Operations Supervisor at the Alexandria Law Library, has a varied background: attorney, nonprofit community director, director of the Small Business Development Center at a university in New Jersey, adjunct professor, and small business owner. In all of her roles, she provided/provides access to information and resources. Join Carol for this three part series as she discusses entrepreneurship and its possibilities.

Are you aware “Entrepreneurs who write formal plans are 16% more likely to achieve viability than the otherwise identical nonplanning entrepreneurs.”  (https://hbr.org/2017/07/research-writing-a-business-plan-makes-your-startup-more-likely-to-succeed). This one hour program will discuss business plan basics, providing a foundation in your entrepreneurial journey.
