Celebrate Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month by joining us to discuss the following two stories: "Treasure Island Alley" by Da-Lin and "The Volunteer" by Lucinda Nelson Dhavan.
The World Short Story Discussion Group meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7 PM to discuss two carefully chosen short stories. We are currently using the books, "The Best American Short Stories 2023, edited by Min Jin Lee," and "One World: A Global Anthology of Short Stories" to select stories for monthly discussions.
This program will take place by Zoom and registration is required. After registering, you will be emailed the link to join this Zoom meeting. If you have questions about the program or need help finding these stories, contact Caroline at cpak@alexlibraryva.org.
