Human Kind Yoga Collective is excited to offer a free, all-levels flow yoga class every Monday from 6:30-7:30PM EST at the James M. Duncan Branch Library in Alexandria! Join Katie, Claire, Anne, and Jeff each week for a class that is designed to be accessible, adaptable, and empowering, allowing you to cultivate strength, go inward, and deepen your practice at your own pace. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our all-levels flow yoga class is a safe and supportive space for you to explore, grow, and thrive. Come as you are!
