Are you curious about what a doula actually does? Or if they're the right fit for you and your birthing plan? Join us for an informational session with a doula and an engaging Q&A

Laura Whitman has worked as a doula for a birthing center for ten years and has facilitated 220 births! During the program she will provide a little background on being a doula and what that means for inquiring patients. Folks attending the program can expect to learn the following:

-What is a doula?

-A short history of doulas

-Labor/birth tools you can use (like a peanut ball!)

-How they help facilitate the labor plan the patient wants

-What a doula doesn't do

-Birthing center vs. a private doula and what to expect

👈 Register to save a seat! (or two!) 🍼
