Ivy Hill Cemetery: Past, Present, and Future

Join Lucy Goddin, President of the Ivy Hill Cemetery Historical Preservation Society talks about the cemetery as a burial ground, a place of natural beauty and an historic site. The 22 acres were donated to the city in 1856 By Alexandria merchant Hugh Smith. Alexandrians interred there include the Green family featured in PBS "Mercy Street" series. Author Talk with Rion Scott at Burke
