Girls Who Code (ages 8-12)
a coding club for anyone interested in computer programming
Thursday, February 15
6:00pm - 7:30pm
Beatley Library’s Girls Who Code explores different programming topics, hoping to encourage and inspire future programmers everywhere! Ages 8-12.
Prior coding knowledge is not necessary. The lessons are designed to introduce aspects of computer science and allow participants to work at their own pace as well as in a group. Some of the lessons are presented through various online resources. Creating different accounts to save your work &/or to receive notifications may be necessary.
If able, please bring corded headphones for independent work.
Contact Anna (acohen@alexlibraryva.org) if you have any questions or to make sure you/your student have the correct login information to participate (login information will be created at your first session).
