Solving Plastic Series
We invite you to join with others in the community in a conversation about our dependence on plastic. This 4-part series follows the documentary shorts created by the folks at the Story of Stuff Project to dive deep into our plastic world and explore some of the solutions creatives and ordinary folks are coming up with to nurture a more sustainable and equitable world.
- January 29 - Part 1 examines the effects of a disposable, plastic-centered economy.
- February 26 - Part 2 looks at a few of the solutions that reduce our dependence on plastic.
- March 25- Part 3 shares companies aiming to make reusable items we’ve come to see as having only one-time value.
- April 22 - Part 4 plants the seeds of what real recycling could be.
These viewings are made possible by the generosity of The Story of Stuff Project.
