Audrey Tautou plays a gold digger on the French Riveria constantly on the prowl for rich men.  When her current elderly companion falls asleep during his birthday celebration, she slips down to the hotel bar.  There she encounters a young bartender whom she assumes is a wealthy hotel guest.  Enjoying the effects of the mistaken identity, the fellow uses his master key to take her to the Royal Suite for the night.  How long can he maintain the illusion, and what will happen when she learns the truth?
