Ashley’s 11-year career and education has been dedicated to supporting older adults’ independence and dignity. Using her close ties to the community she is able to assist with overcoming barriers that often get in the way of achieving quality of life. She is committed to providing the best coordination of needs and resources for older adults in her community.  She comes to us from Hospice of the Chesapeake, where she worked developing relationships and partnerships with various community stakeholders.  Ashley became interested in the healthcare field after acting as an informal caregiver for several of her grandparents.  She takes great pride in being an advocate for great care.  She has also worked as the Lead Care Coordinator at Chesapeake Caregivers, also was the Lead Community Health Worker at Maryland Primary Care Program, and the Program Coordinator for a local non-profit serving older adults in Anne Arundel County, Partners in Care.  Ashley graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County a Masters Degree in Management of Aging Services.
