Order the components for a rain barrel in advance. The rain barrels will be brought to the workshop where participants will assemble them and learn where to put them in their yards.

Register for the event and order your rain barrel here. Each rain barrel costs $55.00. 

This program will begin in the Large Meeting Room and will move to the outdoor Reading Garden if weather permits. In case of inclement weather the entire workshop will be held indoors. Please dress appropriately for the weather and for working with tools. All tools will be provided.

Registration is required. The event is predicted to fill up quickly, so please register early. Email Christian Reynolds at creynolds@alexlibraryva.org with questions.

This event is made possible by the Northern Virginia Rain Barrel Program of The Northern Virginia Soil and Water Conservation District. This program makes low-cost rain barrels available through Build-Your-Own Workshops and Pre-Made Sales and Distributions.
