Joyful yoga play for babies ages 6 weeks to 11 months and their grownups.

All Alexandria Reads this year is about joy, and Yoga Baby is all about joy--the joy of interacting with our babies through simple yoga activities. Our games encourage motor, social and language skills and promote bonding.  Adults will not be doing yoga poses, but dress comfortably and bring a towel/mat for your baby to lie or sit on.


Miss Lisa is a certified Childlight Baby/Toddler Yoga instructor.


This program is for babies ages 6 weeks-11 months and their adults.
