The beloved character drawn by Hergé is brought to 3D “life” in this vivid animated tale. The adventure begins when Tintin buys a model ship from a sidewalk merchant. A mysterious stranger immediately wants to buy it from him and offers a hefty profit, but it’s obvious that the ship has some hidden value. As Tintin begins to investigate its origins, a series of ominous events convinces him that he’s on the trail of something important. He teams up with Captain Haddock — an aficionado of gin, rum, whisky, and whatever you’re having — for an expedition to unravel the secret of the ship.
