Ann Ile, former trauma nurse and founder of Ms. Moxie's Moon Shop in Old Town Alexandria, will discuss the newest period products available, how they work, and their benefits and drawbacks.
The options for menstrual care products have blossomed in recent years. From organic tampons to reusable pads to menstrual cups and discs, along with all of the pain management treatments, there is a lot to learn. Ann Ile will walk us through some of these products and how to know what might best suit you.
