During this in-person presentation, Dr. Higgins will review Brene Brown’s book, "Braving the Wilderness," and discuss how it can be used to address life transitions after the pandemic. From the lens of a therapist, Dr. Higgins will discuss the applicable concepts presented by the author in this best-seller self-help book. You do not have to read the book to attend, but copies are available at the library to check out.
