This upbeat, beginner-friendly session features 30 minutes of low-impact cardio to fun music, followed by 30 minutes of stretching and mindfulness exercises.
Class will be taught by Tia Monet, Miss America State Finalist.
You will feel energized and relaxed at the same time after leaving this class! Bring a friend or come alone.
This class is suitable for all ages and activity levels, including those who’ve recently undergone surgery. Please bring a towel or yoga mat for the mindfulness portion of the class.
