A Halloween themed edition of our program for children ages 0-23 months.

Celebrate Halloween with songs, rhymes and games just right for our littlest friends, ages 0-23 months.
Costumes are optional.

This program takes place on our Columbus Street lawn.  Please bring a blanket or mat to sit on.
In case of rain or other weather issues, this program may be cancelled. Please call 73-746-1710 for program updates.

Parking: No library parking lot.  Street parking is available.  A paid parking lot is available on the 100 block of North Alfred Street.
