“It is a truth universally acknowledged that a zombie in possession of brains must be in want of more brains.” – Jane Austen and Seth Grahame-Smith
The plot remains remarkably true to the novel by Jane Austen despite the addition of a zombie uprising: five sisters in 19th-century England cope with the pressures of finding a suitable husband. In addition to the usual social graces and skills taught to young single women of the Victorian era, the characters in this film also learn advanced combat skills to protect themselves from an ever-growing horde of the undead.
