Monthly Meditation, lead by our Friends at Yoga in Daily Life, is a free one-hour meditation class open to everyone.

Join our virtual meditation community for a one hour session led by Yoga in Daily Life. This program is sponsored through the ongoing support from the Friends of Duncan Library.

Please consider joining the Duncan Friends through yearly membership and volunteering throughout the year to keep this valuable programming alive in the community.

A zoom account is not required to join. If you have questions, you can reach out to Brack at bstovall@alexlibraryva.org and he can help you get set up. Registration for this event is required.  After registering, you will be e-mailed the link to join this Zoom meeting.
