The Alexandria Library system is experiencing a partial network outage due to a data incident. The investigation is ongoing and Library staff is working with cybersecurity professionals and law enforcement to remediate and investigate this incident.

Children love to be outdoors! Join us in Beatley Central Library's beautiful outdoor Reading Garden for stories, songs and movement tailor-made for children ages 0-5.
This program will be held outdoors and in-person in the Reading Garden of the Beatley Central Library.
Special Themes:
July 28: Firefighter Storytime, followed by a visit at noon from a real City of Alexandria Fire Truck and firefighter crew!
Dress for the weather and bring something to sit on! Throughout the summer canopies will be installed to provide shade.
Stop by the Children's Desk for a ticket for entry. They will be distributed starting at 10:30 am.
No registration required. Attendance is first-come, first-served. Sign up to receive cancellation notices in the event of inclement weather. Cancellation decisions will be made at least 1/2 hour prior to the start time.
