An interactive experience for ages 03, with music, movement and props

Join Arts on the Horizon for an interactive class inspired by their show, By the Seashore! Using props from the original production, music, sounds, and movement, we will explore all the amazing creatures and plants that we find at the beach. We will sing with the birds, swim with the fish, and relax under the clouds. During our journey we will move from the warm sandy shore, up into the sky, and down through the beautiful, blue ocean.

On the lawn outside the Children's Room. Please bring a towel or blanket to sit on--no chairs, please!

This gentle, interactive experience is specifically designed for children ages 0-3 and their families.

Programs may be cancelled or changed to a virtual event in the case of inclement weather. Changes to this event will be made by 6pm the day before and details will be posted on this page. Please check back or call the Barrett Branch at 703-746-1710 for updates.
