Happy Pride! To show your LGBTQ+ Pride and support, grab a kit from either the Beatley or Barrett Branches and make a wrapped yarn rainbow keychain.

Kits include the materials and instructions you will need to make two rainbows. Kits are available on a first come, first serve basis. 

Keep one rainbow for yourself and bring the other back to the library to contribute to the Yarn Storm on Saturday, June 12. Drop off your rainbow to either branch by June 10. 

In addition to what's in the kit, you will need:

  • Scissors
  • Tape (optional)
  • Hot glue (optional)

To pick up a Kit: Visit Beatley Library (5005 Duke St.), Monday - Thursday, 11 AM - 7 PM and Saturday, 11 AM - 5 PM OR Barrett Library (717 Queen St.) Monday/Wednesday, 11 AM - 7 PM and Saturday, 11 AM - 5 PM. **Kits can only picked picked up from Beatley or Barrett Libraries. 

Curbside Pickup is also available. If using curbside pickup, please include "Picking up Wrapped Yarn Rainbow Kit" in the comments. **Kits can only picked picked up from Beatley or Barrett Libraries.
