The Afternoon Book Discussion Group meets on the first Thursday of each month at 1:30 PM. All are welcome!
This month we will be discussing Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge and the Teachings of Plants by Robin Wall Kimmerer.
We will be meeting via Zoom. Registration is required. After you register, you receive an e-mail with instructions for joining the Zoom meeting. A zoom account is not required to join, but a microphone is! Most mobile devices have microphones installed. If you're using a desktop, most webcams also have microphones built in.
If you have questions, you can reach out to Hannah at hrisley@alexlibraryva.org and she can help you get set up.
