Local lawyer Bryan MacAvoy returns to answer your questions about wills, trusts, and estate plans.

Bryan MacAvoy of the Smolen Plevy law firm in Vienna will go over the basics of an estate plan, and talk about estate planning lessons he's learned from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Learn about probate, the differences between a will, a trust, and an estate plan, and learn what estate plan changes should be made due to the pandemic.
