Story Time Yoga
Wednesday, February 05
11:00am - 11:45am
Kate Waller Barrett Branch Library
First FloorFavorite children's books are retold with yoga. This program is for ages 2+, though younger siblings can come too.
It's time to tell a favorite children's book with yoga! Programs will include simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, music, and a short "quiet time" with a special feature. (Hint, BUBBLES!)
This program is for ages 2 and up, though younger siblings may come too. No previous experience with yoga is required. Grownups should come comfortably dressed and prepared to participate. Children should be comfortably dressed too. Bare feet are not normally allowed in the library, but they're fine during this program. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel, as we will be out on the main floor area of the Children's Room.
Registration is not required, but we do ask that parents sign a paper consent form, available at the Youth Services desk, and that it be brought back to the library by the day of the first session.
