Celebrity Chef, Jose Andres, writes about his experience in helping to feed the population of Puerto Rico after being devastated by Hurricane Maria. Andres shares insights into what he sees as the shortcomings of international aid agencies and the resilience of the Puerto Rican community. Read in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month.
