We’ll dive into how art is being used as a superpower for change, turning plastic waste into powerful advocacy. Join us as we spotlight incredible artists from across the globe who are transforming plastic into stunning works of art. Plus, we’ll share some cool, plastic-free tools and techniques to inspire you to embrace plastic-free living.
Art isn’t just beautiful — it’s a game-changer when it comes to tackling big issues!
Julie Chapman, Founder and Chair of the ALX Dog Walk, has a social entrepreneurial passion and love for dogs, the environment, and community building. She spent her career building do-good businesses including a marketing/communications consulting firm that promoted philanthropy, a company that helped engage kids in community service, and now the ALX Dog Walk. She received her Masters in Public Communication Nonprofit Management from American University, and she frequently speaks and teaches on the topic of collaborations between the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to advance social causes.
