Please join us to help celebrate Native American Heritage Month by discussing these two stories: "Blue Winds Dancing" by Thomas S. Whitecloud, "The Crow and the Snake" by Joy Harjo.

The World Short Story Discussion Group meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7 PM to discuss two carefully chosen short stories.  We are currently using the book, "The Best American Short Stories 2023, edited by Min Jin Lee," and "One World: A Global Anthology of Short Stories" to select stories for monthly discussions. Please note that the stories selected for November are not from these collections.

This program will take place by Zoom and registration is required. After registering, you will be emailed the link to join this Zoom meeting. If you have questions about the program or need help finding these stories, contact Caroline at cpak@alexlibraryva.org.
