Thinking about downsizing your living space but don't know where to begin. Join us for an in depth conversation about how to start the process of relocating to a new home.

Local realtor, Pete Crouch, will lead a seminar on downsizing for people interested in making the move to a smaller home.  Topics to be covered include Deciding to move first or sell first.  How to decide on what to keep, sell, or donate.  What is the role of a Move Manager?  Hot to prepare the house for sale.  What is involved in the marketing, selling, and closing of a property.
