In this program:

We will explore how to take care of our immune and digestive well-being so that we can enjoy the social gatherings and outings of the holiday season.

Learn about the close interconnection of our  immune and digestive systems, and how potential imbalances in these systems affect each other.

We will discuss strategies for general and long-term immune and digestive support as well as for acute situations.

Topics include food as medicine, medicinal herbal support, and the importance of time spend in nature for immune and digestive health. Plus, some simple recipes for crafting safe and effective herbal preparations at home.
