Join Amy, Del Ray’s Resident Intuitive, for a meditation workshop focused on reading and understanding energy. This interactive session offers a safe and supportive space to explore energy awareness, practice intuitive techniques, and ask questions. Whether you're new to energy work or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop provides a welcoming environment to connect with like-minded individuals.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll gain practical techniques for sensing and interpreting energy, greater confidence in your intuition, and a deeper understanding of how energy influences your daily life. The session will conclude with a guided channeling experience, offering collective insights and energy messages.

No equipment is needed—just bring an open mind.
