The Wildlife Rescue League based in Northern Virginia will share when and how to help (or not) wild animals in our neighborhoods.
You find a fledgling bird on the ground-does it need your help?
You find a fawn in your yard-does it need your help?
You find a baby squirrel on the ground-does it need your help?
We always want to help wildlife, but wildlife doesn't always need our help. Learn about situations where you can help and where you should "leave the bunny alone!"
The Wildlife Rescue League is a community-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization comprised of wildlife rehabilitators and other volunteers. Our mission is to support the rehabilitation of sick, injured and orphaned wildlife and, through education, to foster appreciation of our wild neighbors.
