Meeting RoomPlease join us to find out how to build a plan to age in place successfully at home. This program is co-sponsored by Goodwin Living At Home.
Join us for a presentation on planning for care both in home and out of home, including information on hospice care and finding care when necessary or before a crisis occurs. There will also be a discussion on memory care, transitions to home from hospitalizations, rehabilitation, and what your family needs to know if you cannot speak for yourself. Registration requested.
